For more than half a century Carlton Die Castings Ltd has been one of the UK’s foremost independent manufacturers of gravity and high pressure castings.

Decades of experience, state of the art technology and the country’s only vacuum impregnation test facilities have combined to make us one of the premier providers of die cast solutions for both light and heavy engineering industries.

Our staff are specialists at working with aluminium, zinc and lead to create a wide variety of high quality products ranging from lead sash window weights and television stands to oil industry components and NATO communication equipment.

No job is too big or too small. We regularly provide fully machined castings to both large and small volume markets across the UK, mainland Europe, the USA, Malaysia and elsewhere.

At Carlton we provide our customers with a reliable, professional and experienced service from the design and prototype stage through to completion of the machine finished product.

We can contribute expertise and advice every step of the way to create the best and most economical method of producing a product without compromising on quality.

Whether it’s a single component for a television stand or forklift truck we provide the same quality and level of craftsmanship as we would for a railway signalling system or floodlights on a North Sea oil rig.

All our raw materials are obtained from within the UK to ensure only the best grade aluminium, zinc, lead, brass, bronze and other alloys meet the most stringent quality and safety standards.

Most orders can be turned around within about four weeks and delivered anywhere in the world, whether it’s back to the customer or straight to the point of use.
