High Pressure Die Casting

High-pressure die castings are produced in aluminium and zink on 150, 280, 400, 500 and 725 ton capacity machines to a weight of between 50gr and 10kg.

We specialise in producing fully machined castings to meet Zone 1 applications covering the manufacture of a variety of products from floodlights and electrical switchgear to control valves and drilling components for the oil exploration sectors and railway industry.








We also specialise in small volume production with parts taken to schedule in monthly quantities.
