Quality Control

Quality control is vitally important to us.

Everything we do conforms to the most stringent ISO9001 accredited Quality Control Procedures.

All alloys and raw materials are sourced in the UK and certified to British Standards.

Each batch of metal comes with a detailed chemical analysis and can be traced back through every step of production.

Certificates of conformity are provided with each despatch of castings.

Castings are not just checked at the start of production, but every day and sometimes throughout the day to ensure quality.

Everything is checked by hand to make sure measurements are correct and the design specifications are followed to the letter.

Our dies are checked through our tool room after each run to ensure they are ready for the next order.
