At Carlton we specialise in producing small and medium quantities of both gravity and high pressure die castings.
We also provide an extensive CNC capacity and additional value added services such as vacuum impregnation, pressure testing and ultrasonic washing.
No job is too big or too small. The traditional gravity process is most suited to small volume while high pressure die casting is often more cost effective and practical for large volume products.
Our experts are always on hand to advise on best practices, economies of scale and the design process from conception through to prototype development and full production.
Many of our castings are supplied fully machined and ready for assembly.
We have both twin and single pallet machining centres and CNC lathes up to 12” capacity.
Our CNC machine shop is continually updated and currently has one eleven pallet horizontal machining centre, four twin pallet machining centres, five vertical machining centres, four CNC lathes and a twelve station drilling and tapping centre.
