Carlton Die Castings are one of the UK’s leading manufactures of gravity and high pressure die castings.
Quality control is vitally important to us. Everything we do conforms to the most stringent ISO9001:2015 accredited Quality Control Procedures. All alloys and raw materials are sourced in the UK and certified to British Standards.
Each batch of metal comes with a detailed chemical analysis and can be traced back through every step of production.Certificates of conformity are provided with each dispatch of castings. Castings are not just checked at the end of production, but at every step in the process to ensure quality and as little waste as possible. We use a route card system that uses bar code scanning to ensure full control and trace-ability throughout the whole factory.
During 2017 our customer returns level was below 0.17%, our aim for 2018 is to maintain and improve on this level.
