High pressure die casting is our highest-volume process, forcing molten aluminium into a steel die under significant pressure. It's suited to parts that need tight tolerances and a consistent, repeatable finish run after run.

Our press range means we can take on smaller, multi cavity tooling, for precision components through to large castings for LED lighting, oil and gas and electronics sectors. With our own CNC shop on hand to machine parts to a finished, assembly-ready state without leaving the building, we are able to monitor and maintain quality throughout the production run.
